I've always had good experiences at your location until trying to use my groupons. I had bought two groupons to take my daughters there but, when I tried using them I was told one was used on Dec. 30th. I told the guy that we weren't even in Cary, NC that Friday b/c we were on the road for the New Year's weekend, and I wouldn't have taken one of my daughters and not the other anyway. He said he'd double check the number, which he did, and told me again that it had been used. I saw that the date was hand written next to the groupon number and suggested that maybe someone wrote the date next to the wrong number by accident. He said that there wasn't any way of knowing who wrote it (maybe they should put their initials next to what they date) and I still wasn't able to use it. That was very poor customer service for someone who brings a lot of business to your location (I'm the school-age director at Kids R Kids and we frequently bring our track-out groups and summer camp kids there for field trips. It was only a $4 groupon but it was very poor customer service so I will be taking my girls and my students to Bounce U, Monkey Joe's, TKs Jungle and Pump It Up more frequently. I don't know if the guy thought I was lying, which I wasn't, but customer service can make all the difference.

Great place to let the kids bounce out some energy. Also fantastic for birthday parties!

It is frustrating that you don't allow parents to even bring in water anymore, yet you have a water fountain available. I know you're just trying to get customers to buy your water bottles, but I think basic water should be allowed so our kids don't get dehydrated....
