Luke Swift's fitness training started when he played soccer for a nationally ranked club in Chicago. He went on to sculpt his physique with more than 40 different coaches using methods ranging from bodybuilding techniques to endurance training. As an ISSA-certified fitness trainer, Swift draws on this experience as well as his knowledge of cardiovascular dynamics and muscle mechanics. He teaches classes at Anytime Fitness. By blending cardio and strength-training with nutritional instruction, he helps clients maintain their results in the long term.
