They should get over themselves and hire good help. The main massage therapist was good, but the secondary massage therapist was new and barely knew what she was doing. If they provide a bad product and are mean to people, they don't deserve to be tipped at ALL. If they want to charge more, that's fine, but tips aren't negotiated in advance. And they're not earned if you yell at your customer for doing the right thing, tell them to do the wrong thing and then yell at them for doing what you tell them to.
