Staff are super friendly & clean! Music is great! Was able to work with management to have private training sessions from my Groupon which led me to purchase additional 10 training sessions. Never did kickboxing before.. Absolutely LOVE my trainer, Cristina!!! She kicks my tush EVERY TIME! It's been a while since I last worked out, but training with her, showing me the correct forms & changing the routines, really has confused my body in a good way & makes me feel accomplished! This way of introduction into CKO is GREAT! Really gets the frustration out or challenges you physically & mentally. Would definitely recommend this branch! Management & training is GREAT! :)

All I can say is - wow! After my one month unlimited with Groupon, I signed up for an annual membership. In the few short months I've been here, it's amazing how many changes I've seen both physically and mentally. Probably one of the best cardio workouts to do. The place is easy to get to, the staff is so friendly and I actually look forward to coming!
