Featured on Forbes, Cryo Central offers whole body cryotherapy, which has clients enter a special chamber that uses refrigerated cold air and liquid nitrogen to create temperatures as low as -211 degrees fahrenheit. Clients enter the chamber with most of their skin exposed, and they remain in the chamber for just 2–3 minutes. This treatment has been used to recover from injuries, alleviate pain, boost the immune system, and improve circulation.
