Actually Shelbey was great. so the 1 star isn't for the actual treatment. It is for the fact that she went on maternity leave right after my first session and the spa called to see if I wanted a reimbursement or just wait until December (2017). However, while she was gone the spa closed down with no way to get a hold of anyone! I have no way to get reimbursed for the rest of my sessions. I basically only got 1/2 of a session out of 3. I spent $200 and basically got $33 out of it. I don't even know if Groupon will reimburse me. I have already filed a complaint and it has been crickets from Groupon.

I purchased 7 microdermabrasion sessions from this spa. There were issues straight from the beginning. Everything from not being able to reach anyone for several days to make an appointment, having my appointments cancelled, not having esthetician show up for my appointment without any notice, unfriendly atmosphere, the list goes on. Save your money & time & go somewhere else.
