After years of suffering from debilitating Lyme disease symptoms with no end in sight, Cryo Wellness Health Spa co-owner was desperate for relief. The task of traveling all around town to meet with various doctors and the nasty side effects of the medications motivated her search for alternative and drug-free healing methods. One day she discovered cryotherapy and it has literally enabled her to take her life and youth back. Grateful and happy to be able to make such a significant reduction in pain and improvement in quality of life, she opened her own cryotherapy clinic in order to share this treatment with others and make it more accessible to the residents in the greater Austin area.
