At iLabs we strive to provide the customer with more than just a repair on a valuable device. Our transparent, honest and thorough approach in working with our customers makes us the best repair store in Central Texas! We desire to be the place that they tell their friends and write home about!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
iLabs began over 6 years ago as a side-business for Brent desiring to find a way for his wife to be a stay at home mom. Over the years with extensive time, training and joining forces with Scott, iLabs has grown beyond expectations! iLabs has been extremely blessed and looks forward to serving you!

What do you love most about your job?
We love the opportunity to get people's devices back in shape. In today's world people depend heavily on these devices and we have the opportunity to get them up and running for our customers. It's very satisfying! Especially when they thought it couldn't be done!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
My 5c battery wasn't secure. You could feel it move in the phone. Scott was helpful, informative, gave options & didn't force anything. He offered to just replace adhesive (at no charge!). Their price was very reasonable, so I had him just replace the battery. Will be coming back for future repairs.
