The front receptionist wasn't really on the ball. I came with a friend (male) she was far more accommodating to him than to me. The data in the infrared sauna doesn't work, although there is a screen. The woman who gave us a consultation for other services was very nice. Over all, this practice is okay. But the sauna needs to be completely private, screened off where no one can see the occupants.

Infrared sauna felt great. Did not feel comfortable or relaxed on the small bench. Wish it was long enough to lie down on. You have no choice but to sit up straight due to the sauna room only being about 4ft long. Only used 2 of my 4 sessions due to this.

Infrared dry ssuna is both soothing and burns calories when set on weight loss. Other choices are available too. Calm and peaceful place.
