The business shut down for 3 to 4 months to move the day after we went, but we just happen to call the set up an appt for the day they would've been closed already and found out they were closing. So, we quickly booked our event the day before. Otherwise, our Groupon would've been invalid since it was to expire 1 Dec. They told us on the phone they didn't know of the move and closing before they posted the Groupon, but there was no notification either to the customers who hold these Groupons. So many folks who bought these will be in for a surprise to find out they are closed and their Groupons are expiring during that time. Also, although it was fun, we were told 12 laps and if you happen to drive slower you didn't get your 12 laps in. They ended the laps when I guess the majority had the 12 laps. That was also not correct, I feel to those customers who don't do this on a regular basis and drove slower.

The initial group we got stuck with were very ghetto and to be honest me and my friend were very upset. The group didn't have any raceway respect and ran into us on numerous occasions. The staff must have seen our frustration and offered us a complimentary second race. The fact that they did that means that they appreciate their customers and strive for satisfaction. We were very pleased after our second race and walked away happy. :)

The people that work at Speed Raceway are rude and don't know how to listen to the voice of the customer. I told them I've been on their track before and raced professional motocross, yet they felt the need to limit my power to 80%??? I'll never go back!
