My goal is to help clients balance their bodies from what daily life & stress creates. My aim is to create relaxation, decrease stress & manage chronic pain, teach instruction for self-care, increase circulation & flexibility, rehabilitate, and isolate muscle groups and enhance sports performance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love helping others, seeing how we can create days with less pain, more mobility, recovery from injury or surgery or enhance their athletics.
