Great welcome - explained the deal and allowed me an upgrade to oil blend. nice waiting room - bottled water available for free and a clean bathroom. Only took about 10-minutes from check in to check out. Not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon which surprised me!! RIGHT next door to Waffle House where you can get 10% off your meal with the oil change!! Great way to spend a Saturday!!

Great customer service as usual way better than ANY quick oil change place in Jax! Almost no employees turn over in the 3 yrs I have been going and it's a nice personal experience. Never any hidden costs or high pressure extras or add ons. 100% recomend this location

EXCELLENT! I docked a star due to arrival issues. I have drove Nissan my entire life and I was being told that my 14 Max needed O-2 oil. I tried to advise that it didn't take that kind of oil and my oil cap stated what kind of oil my car took (I know, I engraved it) and I was being told I was wrong and that my oil cap doesn't have that information. I believe I was trying to be over sold as I am a women and had my 2 little ones with me, but I don't like making assumptions. Simply, I knew I was correct and further back and forth would have just made me leave. I'm glad I didn't and we worked it out because after his coworker basically confirmed what I had advised him it was smooth sailing from there. Quick, and no leaks! Def. my new place for my oil changes as these guys are worth it!
