I have only done one session but I love this place. On Fridays from 9 - 10:30 is an open session with workstations you can come in and do at your fitness level and keep moving. The trainer is right there to help you modify up or down. I did a 40 min session at my fitness level and I feel great. I'm excited to have found this place.
