Awful experience. My eyebrows have major holes and my left eyebrow is shorter than my right. It’s been a year and I tried to make an appointment for my touch up that was included in this Groupon and she won’t respond, has blocked me on Instagram, and is never in the salon. Wish I could get my $ back and go to someone good. Don’t waste your money.

I am the new owner Emily. Venessa told me who you were. Quit harassing my company. You never followed her aftercare, you showered after she did your procedure and continued to use Cetaphil. This was over a year ago and all of a sudden you start writing bad reviews because she said your friend Jay Meeks was not allowed back after she was going through her personal property inside her salon. I blocked you on Instagram because you because your very aggressive and quite obsessive. Venessa did an AMAZING job on your brows more than 4 times and you got everything you paid for plus more. You and your friends leave us alone! Quit attacking successful businesses!!

She did not do hair test first and hair is reddish not brown like wanted. She cancelled 1st appointment same day then 45 mins late for next one.

Yes, I did to test while you were doing your paperwork. I have pictures and video proving you loved your hair. You cancelled your appointment with me twice and I rescheduled you and the only time I moved your appt was because my client before you was late. You Stated you were fine! I really don't understand your review. But I let it go because I received a nice tip from you and you rebooked? So with that being said, I wish you the best! We had tons of laughs and you said it was the best your hair had ever looked since you Constantly used box color. I have a paper trail of all the times you rescheduled. I'm a bit saddened but it's ok. God bless you
