She was nice & was able to fix my bad haircut. However, the Brazilian Blowout is the worst I have ever had. I have had a Brazilian Blowout for the past 9 years, 2 or 3 a year & with my thick shoulder length hair is takes nearly 2 hours. She was done with my haircut and BB in under 1 1/2 hours. And literally, my hair began to get fuzzy and unruly by the 3rd week!
