The poor gentleman overseeing our experience was babysitting the owner or manager's kid. He had to continually stop helping us through the experience to deal with the kid. And he was the only one in the shop so regular patrons kept interrupting him too for help. I felt so bad for the guy. He was a hard worker and really did do his best. People shouldn't take advantage of their employees like that. It was evident he could stay afloat, but wow.

Really great folks that work there. Thanks Symphony for being so helpful. We went with 3 children age 7 and under - one in a wheelchair. It was busy but everyone was taken care of in good time. Recommend calling ahead to see about availability.
