Aaron explained the Rolfing concept and used it on my achy shoulders and hips. I could feel improvement afterwards

Aaron is very warm, friendly and welcoming. His process gave me the depth of pressure my body needed. Wish I had been able to continue with more sessions. I would definitely mention that this is not for the faint of heart and anyone that doesn't have a very high pain tolerance. As much as I consider it to be good pain, the process can still be quite ruckus amuckus in various areas of the body.
