A former fitness trainer and corporate number cruncher, massage therapist Mark Kennon traded his sweatpants and suit coats for a degree from the Southeastern School of Massage, where he studied structural anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology. Versed in soul- and sinew-soothing Swedish massage, Mark spans sore necks and backs with a tactical array of gliding strokes that may be augmented with the therapeutic bodywork of clinical neuromuscular therapy and targeted trigger-point techniques.
