I bought the groupon for my wife because she would enjoy what they offered. Once she called to schedule the Spa trip they told her that she didn't get what I paid for that they had changed what they offered. In the end she didn't get the complete day that I paid for. You shouldn't offer a groupon for certain items then when change it once they come in.

I was never able to use my Groupon. They always had an excuse not to honor the offer. They told me that they were having pipes bursting and the massage rooms were flooded. I tried making another appointment they said I had to call a month in advance. And the last time I actually got an appointment BUT they cancel 2 days before my appointment saying that they didn't a masseuse.

Difficult to schedule massage appointments. Therapists frequently unavailable. Several times, I had appointments scheduled only to be called and have them cancelled.
