I have been unsuccessful when trying to report them to Groupon. They marked it as redeemed when I have not been there due to covid. Groupon is unreachable.

Felt like I was talked down to regarding my skincare and previous facials rather than being educated. Did a HydraFacial and was left with hickey type marks all over my neck- that is not from sensitive skin that is from too much suction. Wasn’t offered so much as an apology or a refund. Was also left under steam for well over 30 minutes while she was on her phone. Despite that I still left a tip.

Kathryn, I apologize you feel like that way. I asked you how was the suction just like I do everyone and you said it was fine. I educate everyone on skincare and I apologize it wasn't what you wanted to hear. You purchased through Groupon so I would not offer a discount and I couldn't offer a discount without knowing you were unhappy. My only question is why did you wait 9 months before giving a review or you could have called and voiced your concerns ? You make me think it's malicious comments . Thanks

Wonderful service, my aesthetician was very pleasant to talk to, she answered a lot of my questions about acne and face treatments. The facial in it self was amazing. My skin felt nice and tight, and looked pídeles afterwards. Definitely would recommend
