When I came to pick up my dog he smelled very strongly of urine, so much so that we had to roll the windows down the whole ride home, and we gave him a bath immediately when we got home. Also the young lady when we checked out was very sweet BUT... the lady who checked me in was on the borderline of rude when I told her that I was having my dog boarded over the weekend there was no response she just kind of looked at me like why are you talking to me??? This was the first time my dog had ever been boarded and she didn't ask me anything about how much he ate or anything....
