District 57, Charlotte

District 57 is a 20,000 square foot immersive entertainment complex that offers food, drinks, games and The Grid.

Set in 2095, after an apocalyptic event, District 57 transports visitors to a world where Citizens pulled together and found the resources they needed to build a one-of-a-kind entertainment facility. To earn more rations, Citizens can participate in games, The Grid being one of them.

In The Grid, teams of up to 4 people try to get as many points as they can as they challenge themselves in up to 30 different tasks. After watching a briefing video, teams face 30 doors, behind each is a unique challenge. The challenges can be either physical, mental or skill based. Each lasts between 1 and 5 minutes. When teams are successful, they earn points. 

Before or after playing The Grid, Citizens can enjoy food, libations and games in the common area.
