Bike to Circuit and Barre classes here are my favorite! Well planned/organized, challenging workouts here E.V.E.R.Y. time. All levels made to feel welcome and encouraged. Wonderful place to exercise!

I got turned around getting there due to construction but everyone on the staff made me feel very welcome upon my arrival. I received a quick tour and was coddled from start to finish. The instructor, Bethany took time to assist me during class. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I can’t wait to go back!!!
