Misleading. States is facial, was a quick intro mini facial. Foot scrub and massage was a quick rub on a scrub and wipe off. Wouldn’t personally recommend even at Groupon price. Pushy to sell products.

The staff is wonderful, made me feel comfortable from the time I entered the office until I left. I just got my first shot didn't feel a thing. I am looking forward to my others. Will be going back and looking into other offers as well.
During my time at Illume I began to complain about my hair growing back to the employee that was working for the owner Ravi at the time, I was told that it would be mentioned to Ravi and that there would be notes on my problem into the iPad used for the business, Not to mention I also purchased AGAIN from the owner through herself and not through groupon for another service. The two services were under arms and the Brazilian. I also emailed the business pictures of the areas I was complaining about and was told it was because I missed and appointment, so I went in days after for the retouch that the owner said was the reason why I was growing hair, When I went for the appointment I was told that we were only doing my underarms because she never received a picture of the other area, while in the room I showed employee the email that shows both areas, and I was told that the owner Ravi told her that if I did not mention the other area to not do it. A couples of days later I EMAILED the company again and sent pictures of the area still growing hair two days after shaving and asked the owner what would be the solution to make me a happy customer the owner replied to me saying that if I did not like the fact that I was growing hair I would have to pay for another service. My last appointment I then complained AGAIN that I am STILL growing hair two days after I shave and the owner said the same thing so then i had my mother call her and ask her what would be done to make me happy and she said to pay for another service, I will refuse to pay for a service that should have been done correctly. The owner Ravi then told me she would have to speak to her employee Nichelle but that employee did not work for her anymore and i had already knew this because I reached out to the employee to ask was the message ever told to the owner, I asked the owner for my paper work that was signed by ME and also asked to see the messages that was left on the company IPad about my complaints, I was told that she could not show me the paperwork I signed unless there was a request for it. I never even got copies of the paperwork she made me sign, I should be allowed to see the paperwork that I signed off on. I was also told by the owner that she would not give me my money back and or not fix her service, that I had to go through Groupon because that is who I payed. I am NOT happy with the service.
