What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Jamaican Braids By Chea is more then a braiding salon. Our services include blow out's, relaxers, cut, color, eyelash extensions and more! Our Stylist are Licensed. We are a kid friendly salon. In fact, the only salon in charlotte with a supervised child lounge. We also provide refreshments!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration came from my family members overseas. I would style hair for FREE simply because I had a gift, and I knew the people dident have the means to pay for my service. I came back to America to earn money. I am able to incorporate the Jamaican culture to the American people at my Salon.

What do you love most about your job?
Everyone has a story to tell. I enjoy listening and mingling with all of the good people I meet. Some have inspired me in so many ways.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"OMG!!!!!", "Girl, you know ya stuff!!!!", "You did that!!!!", "You know im coming back."
