Lenny Boy Brewing specializes in organic kombucha, a fermented beverage made from sugar, tea, water, and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. It's an ancient, non-alcoholic potion packed with B vitamins, probiotics, and amino acids, and it's just one of the many funky elixirs available at Lenny Boy's taproom—including plenty of beer.

Here, more than a dozen taps flow with wild ales fermented with various in-house cultures alongside certified organic brews and their newest offering, gluten-reduced beers. The dog-friendly taproom is also outfitted with a viewing wall that grants peeks into the brewery beyond, where stainless-steel vat-shaped computers calculate the perfect recipe.
