Used a Groupon here two days ago for an oil change. We were told that we needed a new brake pads and the rotors completely resurfaced on the rear of our vehicle. We were quoted over $500 for this service. Changed them today ourselves. They didn’t even need changing yet. What a scam. No wonder this place needs to use Groupon to beef up their business. Untrustworthy, don’t even bother with this one.

I went last Wednesday, December 24, to change the engine oil on my 2012 Honda CR-V. This was my first visit. They took my information at the front desk, and I asked to watch the oil change so I could see the oil condition and the work being done. My request was denied. About 20 minutes later, the mechanic called me and claimed there was an oil leak under the engine and said I needed to pay an additional $175 to diagnose where the leak was coming from. I did not feel comfortable with this and refused. When I checked the receipt, I noticed they only added 4 quarts of oil, even though my car requires 4.5 quarts. Later that same day, I noticed oil drops on my driveway. There was no oil leak before this visit, and I would have noticed it. I then took the car to a mobile mechanic. After cleaning and checking the engine, he found that nearly 1 quart of oil was missing. When he drained the oil, only 3.5 quarts came out. The mobile mechanic confirmed the problem was caused by the oil drain plug—it was not tightened properly and no new washer was installed, which caused the leak. This place caused an oil leak and then tried to charge me extra to diagnose a problem they created. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop. above all that is the same price as it it could be in the store.

Used Groupon several times here ~ they even accepted just a screenshot of the current Groupon price without me actually buying it. Last visit I was told upon showing screenshot "that's what you'll pay plus tax", then a $10 extra charge for filter and other "charges" added $20 to the Groupon price! Each time I was there necessitated cleaning greasy fingerprints off my headliner, and last time I couldn't even touch the steering wheel without cleaning it first, plus the floormat was filthy. And don't plan to sit in the grungy waiting room. Never again.
