They told me I needed several treatments. I told them I could not afford several treatments because my insurance company did not cover chiropractic care. I then got a call from them saying they spoke with my insurance and everything was covered. A few months later I received a huge bill from them. When I called to enquire about the bill they literally promised would be covered they said they made a mistake and insurance did not cover it, but I still needed to pay. They changed the bill so it was not twice what most chiropractors charge, but it is still quite large. In summary, they will either say anything to keep you coming or the staff naive and should not be dealing with insurance matters they know nothing about.

The staff is great and well attentive to your thoughts and specific needs. They also are okay with kids in the office and that's helpful as a stay at home mom with 3 small children.
