Extremely frustrated with the difficulty of using my Groupon coupon since the test I paid for was not listed in the laboratory's test options. Had to get live help via Personalabs chat person. I wasted two hours trying to figure this out!
On the other hand, I was extremely pleased with the speed of getting my results back and the ease in finding the report.
