Hi Brittney, We appreciate having the opportunity to provide cleaning services to you and that you were satisfied with everything.

Hi Diamond, We are very sorry to hear that you were not 100% pleased with your cleaning service on a move-in cleaning of a rental property that was already cleaned before we had came into the home. Some of the issues mentioned should have been brought to the attention of the Property Manager before we arrived on site. We came in and did another deep cleaning of the home even though it was already move-in ready by the Property Management Company. During the walk through you advised us that everything looked good and smelled good and we even pointed out the stains in kitchen and floors that would not come up due to normal wear and tear from previous renters. You advised that this was okay. For the one specific stain on the counter we mentioned during the final walk through and advised we were not able to get up with the products that we had. The showers were indeed cleaned. We were advised during the initial walk through to not worry about racks in the closets. Again we deeply apologize if you were not 100% satisfied and wish we would have known this at the time of the appointment.
