We help create a customized strategic blueprint for growth and a prioritized documented project plan to help focus your efforts. Clients have the option to continue with monthly retainer services or ad-hoc project support.
Initial 60 Min Brainstorming Consultation & Business Start-Up Planning Been thinking about a small business concept and need a little help putting everything together? Got a business partner and trying to figure things out together? Our small business clients walk around for months and years with their small business concept and we help flush out the concept and put the ideas on paper. From there we explore the feasibility of the concept to help our clients decide if the investment of time and money is worth moving forward. Lastly, if partners are involved, we provide 3rd party advisement of potential relationship roles.
