SocaFit USA is a Caribbean style dance fitness experience. We cater to all levels of fitness with our joint-friendly routines, infectious energy and vibe, as well as our all-embracing environment. 

This class focuses on building stamina and weight management. We focus on body positivity and self love as we encourage students to embrace themselves in the best way possible. It is more than a fitness class, it's a community; and the stress-free safe space permits you to have freedom of movement, and of mind.

 We pride ourselves on being the only Soca Fitness class in Charlotte NC. SocaFit USA was founded 15 years ago & we are still here bringing the Caribbean flavor to the Queens city.
