horrible first time experience in this store! didnt even get my brows done and she had already redeemed my groupon. will not go back and will share with others my bad experience. the older woman was rude and they only had 1 of their 2 chairs working and the other chair had a loose footrest so she refused me service.

Very courteous and pleasant visit. However, I was never offered a mirror to determine how pleased I was with the work provided. Once I got home I still had to remove a little facial hair the old fashioned way. When I'm in the area again I will try them one more time to see if that is the norm or just an oversight. Then I can decide if I can recommend them to others.

I loved the experience. Nothing I would have considered if it not been for Groupon. I even bought one for my daughter who is into cosmetology, and she loved the experience also.

Love the location and the studio is beautiful. Also you did a great job, I am very satisfied with my results. One thing I would recommend is to put some type of lotion on the brows after the threading. I have had that at other studios and it just feels very nice and cooling after the process. Overall though it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.
