The experience was ok. She was very pleasant but I felt like the process was cut short. I purchased the 75 min pkg but was finished in about 50 min. I didn’t realize that I would have to choose to leave with wet hair or attempt to dry my hair with a small hand held style dryer on a pole or I would have planned accordingly. There was no massage of the face/shoulders but the scalp massage was great.

Overall the actual service was great! The message was nice, the water temp was great and she did not tangle my hair at all! It was great! I will say the service was a bit strange. I feel like it would have been nice for her to greet me and take me back to her station instead of me having to find it, and I wish she would have blow dried my hair. Other than that, it was a good experience!
