Helmed by Doug Brafford, who has more than 30 years of martial arts training. Ultimate Gym teaches it's members with a deep authority and pool of expertise. They guide clients through efforts to build muscle, improve self-defense skills, and increase their self-confidence with the variety of classes. The skilled team of trainers, coaches and teachers draw from their training. Between the rough looking walls and high ceilings, the staff teaches the students diverse selection of drills, moves and techniques. Aikido, Boxing, Muay Thai, choose one, two or classes in all three.
