I had the hardest time scheduling with Helping Hands, I left multiple messages and recieved no call back and then their voicemail was full and still received no callback (this lasted 2 weekend without hearing from them). I finally reached out to Groupon to help me, which they did a tremendous job doing. But after all of that they didn't have an appointment avaliable for 4 weeks. it was such a hassle and the company was not very understanding or helpful. I love Groupon but would never use this service ever again.

They were very hard to contact to set up an appointment. Allow extra time, as they were two hours late. The woman who cleaned did a great job; the man, not so much!

They are a little difficult to get ahold of. However they do give a military discount so it's worth the tremendous effort of establishing contact with them.

Today they were supposed to come for my first service. The window they were scheduled to come was between 2-4 PM. It is currently 3:45 PM, and they still have not come, nor have I received a call from them to let me know they were running late or to reschedule. I am not currently pleased with their customer service, nor can I speak to the quality of their work.

For a company trying to get a good review, they hardly cleaned. I asked for the bathroom to be wiped down, and even after showing them twice, they still couldn't get it. Not Impressed.

The do not clean- they "tidy." False advertising for two person hour. Lousy
