An additional $15.xx will be charged for a "processing fee." I was told Groupon forgot to put it in the fine print. Kinda disappointing.

Equipment dirty. Wasn't given a tour or instructions as to their amenities or equipment usage. Spray bottle and rag left on machines for you to clean. Didn't enjoy workout.

I joined at the Hixson Pike location using the Groupon and after having recently utilized their 7 day trial use opportunity. The facility is very good and the staff has been great to work with.
