Inspired by the traditions of Tuscany, Napoli, and Sicily, the chefs at Joey Vento's La Terrazza, formerly known as La Posata of Marlton, prepare a diverse spread of fine Italian dishes. They craft a range of appetizers, homemade pastas, five made from-scratch sauces, meat-laden entrees, and signature dishes such as the melanzane caprese, or their homemade crab cakes. For lunch, they add six different paninis to the mix, which can feature ingredients that range from meatball parm to roast pork. All the while, diners, much like nervous jurors about to reveal a verdict, pass around bottles of wine brought from home. Additionally, a private banquet space and off-premise catering is available for those hosting larger events.
