What a fantastic experience! Cristy worked very hard to coordinate a date that would work with our complicated schedule and Nathan is a fantastic instructor; patient, clear, tells stories, and offers the appropriate level of guidance for each student. Need more help? He does that. Doing fine so far? He watches but lets you do your thing. If he wasn't teaching this he would be teaching something (but I'm glad he's teaching this).
My son and I will always have the knives we created and, even better, the memory of the experience.

A very nice guy. He needs to have a written out lesson for the students to enable them to get the most out of it. Also the website has no information about what to expect from the experience.
I would have appreciated a chair to rest my legs during a four hour session.
