They seriously lack customer service!

On your customer's first visit, take some time to give a short tour of the building. Explain how equipment is operated. Give information on locker usage. Provide information on dress codes. Promote your business. I only received a few minutes with a young man who tried to get me to pay extra money towards a possible membership if I decided I liked the location. After I signed my two month contract, he did not invite me to stay and exercise. Is that Planet Fitness or One Life Fitness I hear calling me?!!!!

It's a small intimate gym. Representatives were very nice and helpful. If you're looking for big gym amenities (i.e. Sauna) maybe not the gym for you.
