More time should have been spent on explaining the process of the weight loss plan, like explaining what is the purpose of each visit and so on. Also, more time should have been spent on what my goals were not just what a chart said I should weigh. Further, many items on the diet plan sheet were not clearly explained. Time should have been taken to talk to the client about what the diet entails. I felt that I was brought in, tossed the reading material/pills, and sent on my way. I expected more explanations and one-on-one time to fully understand what the process is supposed to be like. Exercising was never verbally discussed (only a paper was given to me) and liquids in between meals was never brought up. There is much room for improvement.
