She only cut the front of my hair and charged me an outrageous amount for color and highlights that's I can't see.

K was the stylist. I bought a groupon for a keratin coppola hair straightening 3 hr. process that is supposed to leave your hair smooth, satiny, and straight. after the 3 hr. process, you cannot wash your hair for 72 hrs. i complied with this direction. when you do wash your hair, you must use the keratin products which i did. after washing and drying my hair, my hair was frizzy, dry, still wavy and even curly in spots. it now takes me longer, much longer to do my hair then before i had this process done. when i asked k to look at it, she refused and so did the owner of the shop. the owner said, "It was between me and K." K said she would redo it and split the cost of the original price which meant it would cost me $175.00, when i only paid $139.00 for the original process. the owner said that if i was interested in k's offer to call back for an appointment. what a scam! i am so thankful to groupon for refunding my money! i insisted that k return my tip and at least, she did that. do not go to Adorn b/c the owner obviously supports bad service and scams!
