The studio is clean, open and inviting. I suggest trying an Intro class with Suzanne (owner) followed by a few private lessons. Prepare to strengthen muscles you didn’t know existed and feel your best. I have lower back and knee concerns. Suzanne focused on helping me strengthen muscles to support both back and knee. I highly recommend for everyone regardless of age or level of physical fitness.
