Quaint but customer service is not friendly. Female the concierge to the waitress at the restaurant no one smiled or had a friendly attitude. The morning we checked out there was no hot water so we took a cold shower and when I brought it up the the front desk they shrugged it off and said nothing. So if you like cold showers, hard beds and unfriendly staff, this place is for you.
