About A List Startenders

In the high-tech classroom and professional-grade bartending training area, A List Startenders’ experienced cocktail slingers teach their students the fine art of drinksmanship and watering-hole etiquette. They pilot 40-hour Comprehensive Certification courses and shorter Essential Mixology tutorials, instilling pupils with the necessary knowledge and skills, such as quickly completing drink orders, bolstering cocktails with fresh fruit, and taking sage advice from the teleprompter beneath the bar, to operate in a bar environment. They often begin lessons in the well-equipped classroom—where an interactive Smart board aids in imparting trade lingo and drink recipes—before venturing to the full-bar training ground, replete with glassware, dozens of liquor bottles, and bar equipment, including soda guns, shakers, and garnishes. Upon completion of a course, certified students receive aggressive job-placement assistance to embark on their new career path.

The class is informative. Everyone has a chance to try on hand. What's really impressive is that the instructor send a follow-up email with detailed notes and recipe. Good experience.

You all redeemed my voucher without my consent. Now no one will return my email!

Kay, We did not redeem your voucher without your consent. In order to redeem a voucher the customer has to provide a copy of the voucher which you did when you emailed us on 10/26/17. The next day is when we redeemed your voucher as requested by you on the previous day and booked your class for Nov 4th, 2017. Below is the messages between us. The day of the the class you simply did not show up which is completely on you. I hope in the future you are more accountable for your decisions and not try to attack the reputation of a small business who honored their end of the deal. Lastly, you never sent us another email ever therefore claiming we did not return your email is also incorrect. Your email to us booking your spot received on 10/26/17: Hi my name is Kay! I’d like to attend the next class for November 4th. Have a Great Day Our response on 10/27/17: Your spot is confirmed for Nov 4th from 2 to 6 pm. We recommend public transportation for this class. See you then!
