About All About The Frosting

All About The Frosting teaches students to view baked goods as blank canvases. Over the course of 60 minutes, pastry experts teach attendees to transform cupcakes into eye-catching treats with the help of fondant, coloring, and piping techniques. Instructors provide three cupcakes and all the ingredients and tools needed to create bakery-quality decorations and designs. Students leave class with newfound knowledge and skills in addition to confidence in their ability to create edible works of art at home.

It was the worst "class" ever. The lady we was our instructor just gave us different pipes for frosting and didn't even tell us how to decorate execpt maybe a circle (which I could of done before the class". They didn't even gave us our own food coloring so we could mix our on frosting instead we had to pass around, between 30 people" two bags of one colored frosting (their were only three colors). The cupcakes we clearly not made from scratch and tasted so fake. I was really looking forward for this class but it was a total waste of time.

Definitely not what I was expecting! Thought we were going to go to a baking place, but it was in a rented studio apartment. They didn't have fondant so we just used icing. Not the greatest experience.
