The tires were far more expensive than the value of the GROUPON. That was disappointing. But besides the cost, the customer service was subpar. The first time I called they wanted me to pay the difference between the GROUPON and the cost of the tires before I came in with the car. That's poor business to require payment before the customer approves the work or even sees the product. I didn't make the pre-payment, but decided to call back the next week. The second time I called, they took down the info to order the tires and set up an appointment for me to bring in the car a couple days later. I came in at the appointed time and the tires were not there. It took another 90 minutes of waiting before the tires were delivered. I received no apology or concern from them. FINAL VERDICT: The tires are good and the installation was speedy. The customer service was not good. I can get the same product from a business that spends more effort to satisfy the customer. And, next time, I will. -John

I was a bit intimidated to go in and use my groupon, because i had heard bad things about Arandas but I am actually very satisfied with my service. They can probably be more friendly and attentive but overall my service was satisfactory. They ordered my tires and since I have a SUV, the groupon gave me considerable savings on a brand new set of tires. I got great tires for a real good price. I am happy with my groupon and my service at Arandas.

The woman working behind the counter with the accent isn't very friendly and has a smart mouth - didn't care for her at all; she definitely is not the ideal person to work with the public.
