I purchased haircut/ gray blend - result was a bad cut and gray is still showing! She lopped off my sideburns w/out asking! SO UPSET!

I went to the West Loop location and was disappointed with the haircut. Not sure if the poor result was lack of care or just poor skills. This is probably the most I have ever spent for a men’s haircut and the worst haircut I’ve gotten :/ Also probably doesn’t help if you tell them beforehand you have a Groupon voucher. Hope y’all have a different experience.
