I payed for a mini detail. My car was not dirty, I don't think they even washed the car grease on the bottom mirrors were dirty, never cleaned. out side windows had marks where the wipers stopped. No wax inside was just wiped down no cleaner just armor all, and particles in arm rest compartment. trunk was never vacuumed. the coffee holder would not open. it was a 3-4 hour job Came back 5 hours later and was not finished, I left and returned told him it was not washed, owner said no I wiped my finger and you can see the dirt where my finger was. He just made excuses I said i had no time and wanted to bring it back at another date, but they were unresponsive...
