The Bikram Yoga class is different from any work-out that I've ever completed. The 90 minutes pass pretty quickly. Be prepared to sweat. Bring a water bottle and a towel to cover your yoga mat. I look forward to my next class.

Bring 2 towels because you are going to sweat like crazy! I am generally not a big yoga person, but saw the groupon and remembered taking a few classes here years ago & how good it made me feel. I decided to try it again & I just might be converted!

Great place, so friendly. Just make sure if you have never been to Bikram yoga before wear as little clothes as possible (shorts and sports bar, bathing suit, etc) you will be sweating like crazy. Take as many breaks as you need to. And bring your own mat and towel and water bottle. They have a locker room and showers you can use afterwards as well. I can't wait to go to my next class!

The intensely heated practice space and 26 standing and seated asanas used in Bikram Yoga Andersonville's 90-minute classes may intimidate newcomers at first.
